The General Hospital of the Medical School of Ribeirão Preto – USP develops training and improvement programs for its professionals, so that its Centers can provide outstanding services to the assisted population.
It is worth noting the work done by the Interscholastic Center, Continuing Nursing Education, Training and Development Team of the Human Resources Center, Telehealth Center, which promote the continuous improvement of its workforce.
Among the main courses carried out by the Continuing Education in Nursing (CECEn), we highlight the Qualification in Central Catheter of Peripheral Insertion, Palliative Care Workshop, Hipodermoclisis, Skin Lesions, among others.
The Human Resources Center works with the development of technical and behavioral skills of the employees to improve conditions and working relationships, such as the Leadership Development Program (PDL), Integration of New Employees, Writing Workshop, Excel, Recycling of Regulatory Standards of the Ministry of Labor and Improvement of Process Management. Seeking continuous learning, these areas are constantly supported by the Training and Development Team to raise and solve the demands of training and staff development.
